Just got to Verizon Center. A little early thanks to Metro warning fans of track maintenance. There are a good sized contingent of Penguins fans both on the Metro and outside the building. Almost makes you wonder if anyone turned out the light before they left (or does no one live in Pittsburgh anymore).
Walking the hallway next to the press lounge, some Penguins' players are warming up including Sidney Crosby. A woman that works for the phone booth was worried she was going to run into one of the with her cart and hurt someone. We reassured her that she would get flowers and cards for the entire summer if that happened.
